The Fifth Mills Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity, established in 2023. We are dedicated to transforming the health and wealth of the Black community through education, equity, and access.

We believe that education is the pathway, access is the key, and transformation is the goal.

To drive population transformation by improving health, economic mobility, and opportunity within the Black community — anchored in the belief that equitable access to education is the foundation for long-term prosperity.

The Fifth Mills Foundation leads, develops, and funds initiatives that improve health and economic outcomes through education and access. Our approach integrates educational leadership, policy, and applied research to generate sustainable, systemic change.
